Previously injured Richard Kruse returns to full training this week, as the British Men’s Foil team takes part in a week long training camp in Bath.
The team, comprising of Richard Kruse, Laurence Halsted, Marcus Mepstead, Ed Jeffries, Ben Peggs, Jamie Kenber, Jamie Fitzgerald, James Davis, Husayn and Ahmed Rosowsky, along with coach Ziemek Wojciechowski, will be training at the University of Bath’s state of the art facilities, with a view to preparing for the individual and team competitions at the Paris and La Coruna World Cup events in a few weeks’ time. The team are hoping to achieve podium finishes in the individual event and at least 5th in the team.
This performance camp in Bath is one of four that the team is scheduled to take part in this year.
