This weekend Great Britain’s female fencers were in action across all three disciplines; the foilists in Turin, the epeeists in Barcelona, and the sabreurs in Istanbul.
The success story of the busy weekend was Natalia Sheppard who achieved a great personal result and finished 42nd at the World Cup in Turin, Italy.
42 was the common theme, as Louise Bond-Williams took 42nd place in Turkey, and Corinna Lawrence 42nd place in Spain.
The girls are looking forward to competing around Europe again at the end of this month.
